The Leonard Automatics PACER® Production Management System provides real time analysis from the production floor.

With PACER® real-time operator interface, your operators know if they are producing at the rate expected of them. This is achieved by PACER® 's operator indicator light located at each operator's station. When the operator is below the expected performance rate, the indicator light is "off". When the operator is 90-95% of their expected performance rate (settable), the indicator light "flashes". When the operator achieves the set production rate, the light stays "illuminated".

The indicator light identifies to management if the operator is achieving their set production rate at a glance. Your operators and management will know throughout the entire workday if performance levels are being maintained.

PACER® simplifies training new employees. Begin with a lower rate and increase the rate each day. Trainees will know if they are performing at your expected pace. They will be up to speed in no time.

PACER® can be used any where you can get a separation of product such as tunnel finishers, presses, flatwork irons, mat rollers, etc.

We have two different PACER® packages to offer. Our regular PACER® unit includes the indicator lights and production settings for each station. PACER® PLUS provides these same functions, plus the report generating capabilities. Production reports can be customized to meet the plant's requirements. These reports can be saved or exported to spreadsheet programs for additional use.
